You may pay your taxes at the following local banks:

First Farmers Bank in Wabash

First Merchants Bank in Wabash
Flagstar Bank in Wabash

If you would like to pay in person in the Wabash County Treasurer's Office we are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are located in the old Courthouse building on the main floor.

You may pay by mail without penalties as long as your envelope is postmarked on or before May 11th for the Spring statement and on November 10th for the fall statement.
I would suggest if you mail your payment on the due date that you ask the post office to hand stamp the date. In the past we have had payments that were put in the mail box on the due date but did not get postmarked until the next day. Those taxpayers had to pay a penalty for late payment. The address for mailing payment is: Wabash County Treasurer 1 W. Hill Street, Suite 104 Wabash, IN 46992

If you would like to receive a receipt when paying your taxes by mail please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will send you a paid receipt.

Also for your convenience there is a drop box located outside the judicial building off of the Court house parking lot.

Your tax statement will have the same look this year as last year. The customer's receipt will be located on the left hand side of the statement.
